I was booked in to view a house today in an area we are wanting to move to. Myself and my partner had booked leave from work so we could meet the requirements of the seller and view during the the day., this was due to the owner being an older seller who didnt want people attending when it got dark. I got a phone call from entwistle at 16.45 yesterday to cancel for today. This was to late to canvel my leave. I was told i needed to be in better position that i was in a chain, when previously when i rang i got told i wasnt because i had sold my house. When i originally rang they registered me and asked my price bracket to which they offered me a house on market for 60,000 more than i said i could afford. I suppose that she couldnt hear me as she sounded like she had a mouthful of food when i rang and i had to double check id rang the correct number. Absolutely shocked at the poor proffesionalism of this estate agents.

This is the best agent i have come across in my years as a landlord and a buyer. I bought a house from these guys and chose them to be my letting agency due to the professionalism I saw from viewing to completion. They have let my house out both times so quickly and my voids have been so so small. A very very special mention must go to Beverley Bramill. I have had so many requests for her and each time she answers straight away and is so so nice. It is just so refreshing to know that my property is being looked after by the best agent in Liverpool. I would recommend anyone to give this company your property. 5 star

Wow !! My house went on the Market on the 5th of November and completed today 22nd of January! That is the fastest house sale I have ever had, and we had Christmas in the middle. Thanks’ to the great friendly team. First class speedy service. Eve was very helpful, has a friendly personality and gave us the information that we needed at the time. When she said she would ring us back she did. She knows that we wanted 10 Ronwood instead of the one in town and informed us straight way that it was available. All staff were great as well.

A bit disorganised

First valuation was cancelled by them as it was apparently booked, under the wrong branch, only told on the morning of the valuation , second valuation missed as valuer was ill, told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for another booking. Didn't want to take the chance as I'd already taken two days off work for them. Understand people get ill but when you've let someone down twice you move them to the head of the queue not keep them waiting for another 2 weeks.

There tenants next to use have been the worst in civilised people I have seen in my life. They have smashed up there property drugs on the street police have been involved more times then I count absolute living hell for over 5 years. But somehow these people think it's fine to keep such an abusive rough tenant in the same property. Were sick to death of them. Weve complained so many times to them and police nothing gets done. There tenant dings loudly all day of the top of her voice were fed up. I will be taking legal action against this agancy

I arranged to rent a property through them and paid both the deposit and the first month’s rent after viewing the house with Joe. He showed me the property, and everything was discussed clearly or so I thought.

Absolute JOKE of a lettings agency Put a tenant in my home who had years of credit cards debt, debt agencies looking for her for outstanding catalogue and energy companies debt. Plus a criminal record for fraud and embezzlement with her previous employer, Ironically another local letting agency. So I've lost over £2000 in rent because and according to the clowns at Entwistle Green they carried out "a rigorous and thorough vetting of her" before they gave her the keys to my home. Overall we had an excellent experience with this branch of the company in selling our house. Communication was good and we were very happy with the eventual sale price achieved. Where there were logjams in the conveyancing system we found that Kirsty in particular was very effective in getting things moving again. 3 months in total from going on the market to completion which seems excellent given the restrictions of Covid with many people in the system working from home.

Absolutely top quality service from start to finish. I sold my house through this branch recently and simply could not fault them. On Allerton Road there are a few estate agents to choose from however a friend of mine had recommended this branch to me and I was so glad I listened to him! The branch manager Kirsty in particular was a joy to deal with and together with her colleague Sophie could not have not anymore for me and my wife. We were kept informed and updated throughout the entire process, they were quick to answer any questions or queries that we had and just made the entire process stress free. Good advice was given when inspecting and valuing the house. Instead of setting a ceiling price it was advertised as 'Offers From' and consequently after several bids we achieved a higher price than we had anticipated, which was a bonus. All dealings were undertaken in a friendly and professional manner, especially as, with the Covid pandemic restrictions, staff must have had great difficulty working through house sales at all.
