HORRIBLE PEOPLE. NON PROFESSIONAL. DISGUSTING. RACIST. AVOID THIS AGENCY!!! Lisa Williams showed an absolute lack of knowledge on the property she showed to me on Princes Gardens Highfield St, Liverpool on sept 5th. While awaiting her answers on the very basic questions about the flat (such as "does the heater work? does it have a parking? who takes care of the property in case there is anything that does not work?" she rented the flat to someone else on the very next morning. I demanded her an explanation and she said she did not like "my attitude"and rrefused to show me any more properties. At the office the manager refused to talk to me (quite rude en on the phone) and just told me to send an email, following "their complaint procedure" What kind of manager is not there to help when there is a problem???. Finally, he accepted to see me just to tell me that I was rude and he did not want to rent any flat to me. Unbeliavable. His explanation was simply that HIS CLIENTS ARE THE HOME OWNERS AND NOT THE TENANTS!! hello? what is a real estate agency? he basically denied to have any responsability on anything that happens to a potencial tenant until he charges the commision to the tenant. Absolutely non sense. In fact they charge a high commision to "find" you a flat, thus this is a weird explanation. Just to say: I was not rude at all, I just showed my disconfort because they made me lose a flat I liked just because of the incompetence of their "agent" Lisa. I am Doctor with a a Full time position as a Professor at University, I would say a potential stable tenant!!. Maybe they did not like that I was from Spain?. Either they have no idea on what they are doing or they are xenophobic. It is a shame this may be one of the first images you can get of Liverpool.

Was with them for 3 years. In that three years I had my apartment flooded througn negligence - destroying my personal property. And despite complaining to the landlord for almost a year that the boiler was faulty - suffered a serious carbon monoxide leak that put me in hospital. I received no compensation for any of this. Was told on moving out that the old boiler would be ripped out and replaced, and that the apartment would need redecorated on my leaving. They've now deducted £70 from my deposit on moving out for "redeocration fees" for blue tak marks that were never mine and for cleaning - many of which the photos WERE STAGED. I can tell you now that I did not have multiple ping pong balls lying about the bloody flat on my leaving - these photos were absolutely staged and I have video evidence on my leaving that proves this. I've now had to pay for redecoration of a flat that had planned repainting. And if I knew I would be charged money on leaving then I never would have bothered spending three days cleaning the flat, and hiring a professional to come clean the oven. Nor did I ever receive compensation from the company for the negligence over the boiler and my property being destroyed during the flooding. Money grabbing company. Just don't bother PS - I will say that the team are lovely when you deal with them. I'm just so angry at the money that has been deducted fro my deposit despite all I suffered in that flat through the years.
