Atrocious is exactly the word the landlord used upon seeing the condition his property was left in. From general filth throughout the apartment and rubbish & unwanted furniture left behind to completely ruined sofas .The FORTY EIGHT photographs supplied to you and to The Deposit Protection Service (the appropriate solutions system) show clearly why the landlord has demanded payment (C&D Properties do not claim a penny, it is the landlord). C&D Properties are very happy with our conduct in this matter and we are absolutely delighted with the £472.50 awarded to the landlord by the DPS! *****
