GoogleI 1st engaged with Ian when I was relocating to Canada and required a reputable agency to look after my property in my absence, I met with a few agencies but C & D stood out in regards to cost but not losing out on service. They have recently found me some excellent tenants, the best that I have ever had They also always respond very quickly to any queries that I have

GoogleVery poor customer service and communication. Requires significantly more documentation than most other letting agents, and expect you to do the legwork even after charging Β£100 for admin fees. They ask for copies of bank statements for the specific purpose of looking at your recent spending patterns, and a guarantor even if you have a full time job. If you're a busy professional looking for somewhere to live, don't rely on these guys.

We are sorry you feel that we require too much documentation before we allow tenants to move into a property but I can assure you that our landlords are very happy that we do this. We do ask to see statements and this has proved invaluable many times over the years in spotting potential problems, this was explained to you at the time. Yes we do ask for a guarantor even if you are working full time, unfortunately having a full time job does not always guarantee a good tenant, years of experience has taught us that. Once again we do thank you for taking the time to leave a review Sebastien, even if on this occasion you felt that you were not happy. May we wish you every success for the future.

GoogleAfter a couple of bad experiences with other agents, this company have changed my opinion of letting agents. Ian inspired our confidence from the start and Jessica who has been looking after us on a day to day basis has been very helpful and professional throughout and nothing is too much trouble. I feel confident leaving our 2 apartments in their capable hands. I would recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleI have been a contractor for a number of years now with this agency carrying out plumbing & heating repairs and installations , I have found them to be extremely professional and thorough when dealing with any repairs I have been involved in , good staff with whom we have regular contact with and also a portfolio of well maintained properties . Overall a pleasure to work with !

GoogleC & D properties managed our buy-to-let properties in Liverpool for a number of years. They found tenants, dealt well with maintenance issues, managed relationships with tenants efficiently and also sold some properties for us. They are very professional and conscientious at all times and been a great help, making the whole property rental business a lot less stressful for us. I highly recommend this company.

GoogleThe agency is excellent, in the two years I was renting an apartment from them, never had any problem. They are very friendly and very helpful and honest. They always try to help the tenant as soon as possible, with maintenance issues for example. C&D is my favourite agency. Sorry I cant think of something negative to say, as my overall experience with them was excellent.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with C&D properties. Jessica from C&D gave me all the required information on time. I got a complete information booklet while signing the agreement. This inventory list was accurately provided with meter readings. The apartment was well inspected & my date of moving into the apartment negotiated with the Landlord. I recommended C&D to another on my office colleague already.

GoogleI've just moved in to my furnished rented apartment and i was really surprised that i have new carpets, newly painted walls, all closets & cupboards were so clean, the furniture is like brand new. The staff are so friendly and professional specially Jessica, she is so friendly and helpful. C & D properties is highly recommended because they are so professional and they answer all the inquires promptly via emails or phone.

GoogleI've used C&D for the last 5 years. They have been managing my rental property in Liverpool and taken care of literally everything as I'm working abroad. I've used a few other agencies in Liverpool before C&D, but they stand out in a positive way. I just sold the property and they took care of the whole process without any problem. Highly recommended.

GoogleReally bad time with this agency. Could be very difficult to work with, often finding myself on the receiving end of rude and patronising emails. They tried to charge me for fees even when they weren't legal and I had to fight to prove them wrong, which they were. Couldn't wait to stop having to deal with them in end.

GoogleThe attention of the agents and office was really good. When doing a viewing, they give you a leaflet of the property and they ask the landlord any question they are unsure of to give you the right answer. I really recommend this agency due to their client attention, punctuality and helpfulness. Both Jessica and Neil do a good job.
