GoogleBerkeley Shaw have taken over from PR Lettings. PR Lettings have looked after four of my properties for over 10yrs. I'm happy to know that Kyle and Jade have also moved to Berkeley Shaw where they continue to go above and beyond looking after my properties. It is such a relief to know as they are both very conscientous, professional and caring. They are the best letting agents ever. Thank you both.

GoogleOur company Merseylec Electrical Services carry out electrical maintenance for many estate agents, landlords and businesses throughout the North West, we started working with Berkeley Shaw in 2018. As electrical maintenance can be so unpredictable and call outs at any times, the guys at Berkeley Shaw make are job really easy , great organisation by the team. Really responsive and great communication that helps us resolve electrical problems without disruption to the tenants or buildings. Great service as always, thanks guys

GoogleWe spotted an apartment that we wanted to buy in Crosby and as it was for sale with Berkeley Shaw we appointed them to deal with the sale of our property too. Our house was on the market within days. The viewings were arranged at a time to suit us and we received regular updates by phone call, email and through their online app. All the staff were great, from managing viewings, to relaying offers, and making sure we always knew what was happening. Once we’d agreed the sale/purchase, they chased progress for us, rang us regularly to keep us informed and were always available if we rang them or popped in. They provided a really professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend
