GoogleBEWARE. if renting with these take 1 weeks rent to hold property. But when a genuine mistake is found they cancel with the landlord to rent the house out to you. They then refuse to refund the 1 weeks rent (£210) FEW DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF COST OF LIVING CRISIS. S thou people can afford to lose £210 at anytime and it was them who cancelled not us. SO BEWARE DONT PART WITH ANY MONEY TO THEM DISGRACEFUL

GoogleJust wanted to make this known . A worker in crosby abode who I won't name . I know this to be factual and true cos it was said to me. My rent was not paid I was off work suffering depression, and mental health was bad. I told the worker rent was not paid as I've been off work few months savings spent I have several fit notes , Councillor reports and expert reports to back this up didn't get that far his words me sickened me """":another on playing the mental health card""":!° 12 months ago I thought depression was just something single mums made up to describe there day I didn't appreciate wat it was as never had anything like it " I now know exactly what it is but even when I didn't understand it I wouldn't have said anything like this ! Vile man and if this is tge stance on mental health that this company has or breeds I woukd not want to be affiliated with them plenty of estate agents about so let get these calls listened to. The man also tried n failed to use bully boy tactics to get another vulnerable person to leave there home . I just wanted to put this out there so you can make an educated decision as to whether you want these ppl managing your sale or properties.

GoogleThis is about abode Crosby Avoid at all costs they are absolutely horrible towards the tenant have zero compassion not an ounce of respect have no problem in telling their tenant if you aren’t happy then leave will avoid your calls for wks tell you they’ll get back in touch a day or two later and never do but when it suits them to hound your phone they will just disgusting behaviour especially for a tenant who’s been no problem and pays their rent yet treated like absolute dirt Its a bullying tactic they have and this is referred to the men and women in the Crosby office who I won’t mention my husband has had to deal with a few of these supposedly professional people over issues with the house and the attitude they have is very unprofessional these people are ment to be representing the landlord but they are doing so in such a bad manner Save yourself the headache and stress of this particular agency

I literally walked into the Abode office on Allerton hopelessly and with no expectations as I was weary with the difficulty of finding a place to rent in wavertree. Amanda immediately set me up for a viewing. Three weeks later, I was handed the keys. I am so grateful to Amanda and Lynsey.
