I put the house on the market with Abode in Crosby and after a few viewings it went quiet as Christmas was approaching. Abode rang me to say that this would probably be a quiet period for selling houses and wished me a happy Christmas.it was a lovely little touch. They negotiated a price I was happy with and all went smoothly. Sam and the team were very helpful and professional and I was pleased with the service they provided me with.

GoogleI can't thank everyone enough at Abode for the successful sale of my flat! Whilst there are numerous estate agents on Allerton Road none except Abode could fulfill all the requirements I had prior to selling my flat e.g. painting inside. Abode have an excellent website showing progress on the sale of your property and they are in touch with you throughout. I recommended them to my friend who's selling and buying a property. Huge thanks to everyone at Abode but especially Amanda who was so helpful and good fun!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience working with Jason Jones at Abode Financials. As a first-time buyer going through the process on my own, I expected it to feel overwhelming, but Jason made it the complete opposite. From the start, he was incredibly supportive, approachable, and honest. It genuinely felt like I had a friend guiding me through everything, rather than just a mortgage advisor. He always took the time to explain things clearly and gave me straightforward, unbiased opinions on the properties I was considering and the prices I was seeing. One thing that really stood out was his advice during negotiations. Thanks to Jason encouraging me to offer below the asking price, I actually ended up saving money, something I might not have had the confidence to do on my own. I can’t recommend Jason enough. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely on your side, he’s the person you want helping you through the process.

The whole team including Mike, Amanda and Lynn have been fantastic with their communication, keeping us informed at every stage and always responding quickly to any questions. She was very good from start to finish in helping after I was accepted by the landlord. Finding the right estate agent can make all the difference when trying to grow and manage a portfolio so we were delighted to switch from our previous agent to Abode. Elizabeth and her team have been fantastic with helping us acquire two new houses recently and have made managing the properties an absolute breeze. In our experience the service provided by Abode is significantly above and beyond that provided by previous agents and has been the catalyst for the recent expansion. We’re looking forward to our next acquisition soon!

Abode were fantastic throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing. They were friendly, extremely helpful and were instrumental in securing our dream home and finding the right buyers for our old home given our specific circumstances. Special mention to Ann who was always at the end of the phone or replying to emails so quickly (even on her days off) and helped us out so much when time was of the essence in chasing all the various moving parts of the house move process. Highly recommend Abode for good local estate agents who genuinely care about their clients and doing a good job!

I have been a landlord with Abode for 5 years, first helped by Elizabeth who supported me in reviewing buy to let properties for me as an investor and assisting me is selecting my investments, often before going to market. This was a great service as I live in the south of the UK. When it came to selling, Elizabeth has a wealth of contact waiting to buy with tenets in situ. The customer service from Abode and Elizabeth can't be understated and highly recommend them.

The Crosby office team were great. I'm not going to name names here, but in the course of the 6 months or so we worked with them, they were all really committed to their work. They offered lots of excellent intel and tailored strategic advice prior to sale but were also happy to discuss our input on sale strategy, too, leaving us feeling in control of the decisions but supported by them and their wider knowledge. Their photos and videos were excellent. They listened when we wanted to tweak things and they made the requested changes promptly. Their online system for managing viewing worked well and staff in the office augmented this with good on the phone support to ensure everyone knew what was happening, with any last minute changes well-managed. We had lots of offers and the team handled them well on our behalf, keeping us in the picture and ensuring all prospective buyers had been vetted financially. In the end, due to solicitors on both sides, our sale took a while to go through. During those months, Abode Crosby played a crucial role in keeping the seller/buyer relationship from souring, while the solicitors dragged their heels and blamed each other for their sloppy delays. So, in the end, we were really happy with our choice of Abode Crosby. Their fees were very competitive from the word go but this didn't hold them back from making sure we got excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

We sold our house through Abode and had a brilliant experience. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful and communication was extremely easy and efficient. Ann handled our sale and she was incredible! We had difficulties with our solicitors and Ann went above and beyond to support us, communicating with the solicitors to ensure we got the service we needed. Ann couldn't have been more helpful or reliable, we were so impressed with the service we recieved and would absolutely recommend using Abode!
