A big thanks to Anne, Lyndsey and Amanda for there help and assistance. I have just bought an investment property from Abode which went through without any problem, and decided to let the property with them on a tenant find only basis. The property is now let out a few weeks after purchasing the property. I have used and purchased investment properties of a number of estate agents and some have been shocking, but Abode have been a delight to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Highly Recommend Abode

Using the services and expertise of Abode Estate Agency (Allerton Rd) we completed on the sale of our house in L25 last week.We would highly recommend using this Agency. They were both efficient and friendly.It can be a daunting experience selling your home but up until the point of sale, Lynn was there for us every step of the way, to support and advise. She was wonderful. We can’t praise her enough. Other members of the team, including Amanda, were also helpful and would action requests or queries in a timelymanner. Once our sale was agreed Ann, Sales Progressor, became our contact. Again Ann was extremely helpful, supportive and efficient. Ann kept us informed of progress and was always available to offer advice.

She pulled out all the stops to get me into the property for a viewing the next day and I was able to agree a move in date following the weekend. Great Experience Moving to Liverpool!

We was actually referred to Atlas by friends on FB as my wife and I were from London, we took the chance to come in to Abode as their offices are nearby at the Allerton Branch. Warm greeted and we felt welcome as Amanda looked after our requests over a quick chat and emails we also met Lynsey who handled all the paperwork.Though they didn't have many suitable properties at the time we got contacted with additional options selected by Amanda within the same week we applied and luckily landed our offer on our 2nd viewing.
