I was also impressed by the level of customer service I received from Belvoir. I spoke with several different agents during my search, and they were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable specially Kostas who's always there for you. I was so happy with the way the move-in process went. It was easy and straightforward. Pros: - Helpful and knowledgeable staff - Efficient and professional service - Wide variety of apartments to choose from - Easy to use website Cons: None that I can think of! Overall: 5/5 stars. GoogleBased on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is the first property I have ever rented and the service from the staff (especially Amy and Rebecca) was very helpful and reliable from the initial viewing to signing the contract thru releasing the deposit -everything was made smooth and timely matter.

GoogleAmy and Adam were amazing while we were trying to find accommodation while relocating to Liverpool They did everything over the phone and email which was fantastic as we couldn't attend the viewings in person. Quick responses to all queries and no question went unanswered. Would highly recommend Belvoir Liverpool.

GoogleI inquired well in advance of a property's viewing date, was told my details had been registered and I would receive an invite to a viewing as soon as they went up. I heard nothing for a week and when I asked again they said it was already let. I had also asked about another one of their properties I just didn't receive a response to. Very poor service and their agents don't seem to be proactive at offering updates at all, you have to chase them.

At Belvoir Sales and Lettings, we are currently in an exceptionally busy period, with each of our properties receiving an average of 50 enquiries per week. We strive to manage these enquiries fairly and efficiently, ensuring that our booking system notifies all interested parties as soon as viewings are available. In the case of the property you were interested in, the situation was unique. The person who applied for the property requested to proceed without viewing it, as they were out of the city. GoogleI had a great experience moving into a rented flat with Belvoir. The staff have been so friendly and professional, especially Amy and Jess. Appreciated the videos and level of detail on the advertisement and flexibility with viewing the property. We are at Kaber Court and feel very well looked after. I wish more letting agencies were like Belvoir.

GoogleVerrry poor service. I emailed the team twice (after clearly mentioning to the agent I want to hold the flat when we had the viewing) and called multiple times to hold a flat. Then after 72 hrs of not responding they informed me the flat is been held and is no longer available.
