GoogleWe are professional landlords looking to establish a business presence in Liverpool. Dean, Matt and all the team have done a fantastic job in working with us to achieve our objectives. The full management service is excellent, they have been instrumental in helping us to find properties and have been endlessly supportive. We particularly value the speed of their communication and the general attention to detail. GoogleI was literally very stressed in the last minute for shifting houses but Belvoir helped me accurately on time with all the procedures and sorted out everything for me in time. Also whenever I have any issues with the house such as any repairs they immediately sort it out for me without any delay which really impressed me and my husband a lot. This at a very challenging time in late November/ early December when tenants are hard to find. Kostas Filis has been the star of the show, responsible for advertising, viewings and managing our other property needs, keeping us informed on progress. Previous agents insisted I should reduce the price without bothering to match the advert to the price we were expecting. Belvoir have done a great job and have earned my respect, demonstrating proactiveness, professionalism, good communication skills and a wealth of experience. Their rates are reasonable too. I wish they’d been my first choice having lost two months with previous incompetent and egoistic letting agents who didn’t know how to pitch my property to tenants. Well done Adam and Kostas! :) From Steve and Anita

They helped me find my rental in Liverpool whilst I was still living in London; the property handover at the start and end of my tenancy was seamless. Issues with the property were dealt with swiftly either directly or through their reporting portal. Everything was easy with Belvoir! and I would recommend them to any person looking to rent. Rebecca is a true asset to this branch and I was grateful to have a connection with her throughout my tenancy.

GoogleI recently rented an apartment from Belvoir Liverpool Central and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect apartment for my needs. I was also impressed by the level of customer service I received from Belvoir. I spoke with several different agents during my search, and they were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable specially Kostas who's always there for you. I was so happy with the way the move-in process went. It was easy and straightforward. Pros: - Helpful and knowledgeable staff - Efficient and professional service - Wide variety of apartments to choose from - Easy to use website Cons: None that I can think of! Overall: 5/5 stars. I highly recommend Belvoir Liverpool Central to anyone who is looking for a rental property. They are a great company with a great team of people.

GoogleThe first letting agent me and my partner used to rent our first place for a year. Thanks to Karlaya in the Liverpool city centre office who would keep non-stop communication between us and our landlord to resolve several minor issues when first moving into the property. Also, helping throughout the tenancy with stuff me and my partner was not fully knowledgeable on when it came to being first time tenants. I would highly recommended Belvoir.

An excellent service provided from Letting agent Kostas. From marketing to agreed Let took less than a week and I appreciated being kept informed through out the process. Belvoir's clients Portal is easy to use and made for a seamless process for an out of town investor. I am very pleased with the professional tenant that Kostas secured for me and would happily recommend Belvoir Liverpool Central to anyone looking for a Rental agent in the city.

Outcome was to hold off expense now as balcony sound. Nathan also asking tenants to keep clean floor and surround. Happy with approach and communication throughout and result.
