Adam, Rebecca, Teona, Kostas and Kyle look after all issues related to our properties, always respond and take quick action to tenant and property issues and they have a great professional behavior. GoogleEver since myself and my partner moved in over a year ago. The Belvoir team has been tremendously helpful, approachable and kind with any problems that turn up. I can especially mention Amy and Nathan. Those two have been absolutely amazing. From Amy helping us with setting up the tenancy at the beginning to Nathan being a star in regarding any current queries. Thank you for everything so far :)

The stuff is very responsive to any question and it’s quite helpful that you don’t need to go via any bot chats to get an answer. Also, we were always notified beforehand about any inspections or viewings. And never had a problem if some dates didn’t work for us.

GoogleTerrible Estate agents don’t know answers to basic questions about the properties they are showing Telephone staff are probably the most rude and unhelpful I’ve ever come across and need re training. I would avoid listing with this company at all costs as well as avoiding them to look for properties as they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. The worst estate agents I’ve ever interacted with

Considering that we went through the application/viewing process just before the Christmas holidays we were still able to move in on our preferred date and Karlaya and the team were very helpful in the application process and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

The Trusted AgentI have been working with Rebecca, the Property Manager for a number of years. She is courteous, friendly and professional. She keeps me up to date and very detail check out report. There's no hesitation for her to to go above and beyond. She is certainly one of the best within the industry and redefine a new standard. Kostas, dealt with tenant has kept me up to date with the progress and even last minute changes. He found me a tenant very quickly and allows a very short voids period. He looked at both landlord and tenant best interest. I highly recommend Belovir Liverpool Central to anyone who wants to let out their properties. These professionals certainly know what they do!

My experience with Belvoir thus far is one that I am happy with. Arranging the viewing was easy and I was promptly responded to. The viewing was conducted by Haris who is very friendly and helpful. I had difficulties finding a guarantor for my apartment (my fault, not Belvoir's) and when emailing Amy to sort this, she was very patient and understanding. She has a very approachable personality, is honest and down to earth whilst still retaining professionalism.

The Trusted AgentFrom the very first contact, Belvoir's agents showed a lot of professionalism. For example, the automated viewing booking system is definitely the best way to carry such task hassle-free: no missed calls, misspelt names or scheduling mess. All the essential information (like the energy performance certificate) was already included in the original ad. The Belvoir agent Kostas was available to answer all my questions even after the viewing was done and kept me updated during the deposit and the agreement signing processes. Because of special personal circumstances, I had to move to the apartment very shortly after the previous tenants vacated it. However, the agency (through another agent, Rebecca) rose to the challenge and completed all outstanding tasks within the first week. All repair tasks are handled with another efficient automated system and all requests are responded to promptly. To put it simply, I felt that I was in good hands throughout the whole process.
