Loveliest letting agency I’ve rented with, from viewing to moving in, Amy, Mikael and team have been nothing but friendly and transparent. They supported me with relocating to a new city and accommodated my tight schedule to arrange a move-in date that was less than ten days from the viewing! They’re a real friendly team, truly recommend.

GoogleWe have just sold a house using Belvoir Liverpool, and I have to say without any hesitation at all that they have been absolutely excellent. My main contact there was Michael Judge, whom I found to be utterly professional throughout. As with many house transactions, there were occasionally delays and hitches at various points along the line, but Michael was always there, chasing up where need be, making sure people did what they were supposed to do, and he always got results. We found him to be punctual, reliable and professional. Not only was he easy to contact, but he also kept us up to date regularly with the proceedings by phone, or email when one of us was not around. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Belvoir Liverpool to anyone thinking of effecting a property transaction in Liverpool.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently had a difficult situation to manage due to a collapse of the roof of my apartment complicated by the fact that the liable landlord could not be contacted. This caused an irregular situation. Belvoir and in particular Kyle Hoffman was was quick to intervene and manage all aspects of the situation which had a just conclusion. Thank you Kyle your timely actions and communication skills.

GoogleI was really impressed with the level of communication by Amy Johnson from Belvoir. You usually expect to either be unnecessarily hassled by estate agents or radio silence, but Amy was an excellent communicator vie phone and email and helped us to find somewhere to rent extremely quickly at short notice. She gave us the best advice for a successful rental application and helped us along every step of the way.

GoogleBelvoir helped us move from the US to our new place in Liverpool. From the initial enquiry through the first few weeks of occupancy the entire team was responsive, friendly and helpful at every turn. It had been many years since we had rented a property and Belvoir promptly and politely answered all of our questions, helping us become comfortable with the whole process. Their online tools made coordinating a move from another country pretty transparent and easy to manage. Since moving in, as we became familiar with the property and uncovered a couple of minor issues, the team helped us address any questions or repairs quickly and allowed us to get settled in without any issues. GoogleWouldn't even try and get a property through this letting agent again. Had a viewing booked for nearly a week for a property me and my fiance both really wanted, and 2 hours before our viewing time got an email to confirm our booking, and 15 minutes later got another to tell me it has been cancelled as it is no longer available. Don't even have the time of day for everyone who have booked for a viewing to put in an application, and cancel on extreme short notice, will not be using their services again. Me and my 9 month pregnant fiance are absolutely devastated as we could really see this property being our home.

That said, I’m truly sorry to hear about your situation. I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially during such an important time for you and your fiancé. Currently, due to the high demand and limited availability of rental properties, the lettings market is extremely fast-paced. In some cases, properties are being secured very quickly, even before scheduled viewings can take place. I appreciate how frustrating this must be to all potential tenants. I have been renting from Belvoir for over a year now, from the start they have been incredible, swift and efficient in getting us into our apartment. They are very good with communication in regards to maintenance and inspections, any issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently. The staff are very honest and transparent which is a great benefit. I have just renewed for another year with Belvoir and hopefully will be with them for the foreseeable future

I initially approached Belvoir in 2013 seeking full property management as I was serving in the military at the time. They always provided me absolute peace of mind allowing me to focus when away overseas maintaining excellent communication and pragmatic approach consistently. Covid also brought a very testing and uncertain time as a landlord however I was very impressed with how Belvoir delivered once again. Nathan has been very helpful and attentive with regards following up an electrical issue with my bathroom lighting and a replacement of my CO alarm. The original contractor let us down but Nathan found a very fast alternative who attended the property within minutes of a phone call. Great service, thank you.
