I was having a number of unusual and complex issues renting my apartment in Liverpool. My tenant was not only subletting my property on an ad hoc basis; she was also illegally it out on AirbnB. On the recommendation of another owner in the same building, I asked Belvoir Liverpool Central to take over the management. They have done a truly fantastic job of not only gulding me through the complex legalities of changing tenant, but also renovating and then finding a new tenant, in record time as well. My wife and I own several rental properties. Belvoir Liverpool are the only agents we rate highly. They have just let a flat for us at Kaber Court Toxteth with no fuss. They get the idea that we want our properties to be in a decent state ( I fired the last agents who tried to let a flat with a stained mattress and a broken bed without telling me for several weeks).
