GoogleI have been a tenant with Belvoir for the last 10 years. Nathan in the central office is outstanding at customer service. He co-ordinated numerous issues which occurred in a very short space of time, keeping me in the loop throughout. My gas service was carried on 31st March 2025 as arranged and the contractor was friendly, polite and helpful.

My partner and I had a lovely experience dealing with the specific agency and especially Kostas. We found the perfect apartment for us and all process was very straight forward. Since we got in we had to have a repair in the apartment as well and everything happened very fast and problem free.

GoogleThe worst letting agent ever my mum and dad has been left to live like this for a number of years my dad has now passed away from health conditions but this mold and damp certainly didn't help every time they asked for it to be repaired they were always fobbed off

They then helped us right through to moving house and all the staff (we dealt mainly with Amy, Mikael and Haris) were always pleasant and willing to assist. Would recommend to everyone.
