GoogleI feel excited, and the apartment is luxurious, located in the city Centre so the shopping, public transportation and all my needs will be around me; the Mann Island is supplied with facilities which make me live and study comfortably; furthermore, the people are so friendly. GoogleBeen renting the property since 2022, the property and grounds well maintained, they have an app for reporting any issues with things being picked up and actioned really quickly by Belvoir (Kyle) and trades people very quick at attending, had an extractor fan stop working recently and it was replaced within a couple of days with zero drama. Ste the property manager is really sound as well and he is always on top of things always a pleasure to stop and talk to him.

Mike has been great - both in supporting me with maintenance issues at my property (broken washing machine!) and when performing my routine flat inspection. Great customer service, fantastic communication and followed up with me to make sure everything was sorted once my new machine was installed. Mike going above & beyond makes me feel comfortable & confident in dealing with Belvoir. Thanks!

I am an immigrant in this lovely country and my English is definitely not perfect but they had all patient to explain me everything more than once and I am grateful for that. I am very happy with all the support they have given to me and my husband.

They're head and shoulders above the rest, for service, professionalism and communication, in fact in pretty much every way. If my property is vacant there's always a quick turnaround. Special mention to Rebecca and Vaughn for their efforts in finding a new tenant in December, but a big thank you to everyone at the Sir Thomas Street office

When we came to selling they found us a buyer within a day and helped us with every step of the sale. All the staff there have been friendly and helpful. Amelia helped us initially and was lovely and very helpful. Vicky helped us through all of the sale and was amazing and without all of her help we would probably still be waiting for the sale to go through. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thank you all so much, there were lots of other staff who have also helped us (Zoe, Vicky) throughout the process and it was much appreciated. GooglePoor service nowadays. Earlier when we moved in , they were good. But now, multiple issues popped up and they try to go round without being of any help for the tenants . Only suitable for landlords I guess.

During our recent inspection of your apartment, we identified several issues that had not been reported to us, including concerns with the bathroom. We kindly remind all tenants to report any maintenance issues as soon as they arise to ensure timely resolution. Unfortunately, in this case, the bathroom issue was not communicated to us for several months, despite our request for prompt reporting. Once we were made aware of the problem, we immediately arranged for a contractor to address the situation, even though the delay in reporting contributed to the issue. We truly appreciate your feedback, and going forward, we encourage you to report any concerns promptly so that we can address them as quickly as possible. At Belvoir, we are committed to providing the best possible service for both our tenants and landlords, and we hope to continue working with you to ensure your living experience is a positive one

Adam Rastall and his team at Bevoir have been managing my property since December 2022. They are very responsive to quieries and questions. Belovoir quickly found me good quality tenants where other agencies in Liverpool had failed to provide tenants with adequate references. This slightly higher fee is offset by a very individual and personalised service.
