GoogleI have been dealing with Courtney since moving into our new property, and she’s been nothing but excellent. I’ve dealt with many agents in the past who would take weeks to get back to me, let alone sort problems. Courtney gets back to me almost instantly and has already helped send people to fix two problems we had in our house since moving. Highly recommend

GoogleSorry to have to post a negative review. Leaders have served us well when taking our money. Sadly they have not performed well with our deposit return. Our landlord confirmed that our deposit should be returned without issue and afer 10 working days nothing has been actioned despite calls and emails with promises that the money would be in my account a week ago.... still waiting for a call

GoogleSo after been turned away by every other estate agent due to ridiculous checks, everyone at the rustington leaders went above and beyond to insure I had a home for my family, then when my property was taken over by Rebecca at the Worthing branch the standard continued any issues are amended right away in a friendly manor wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your properties

GoogleFantastic service givin by the whole team at leaders a special mention to sue the property manager who regularly goes that extra mile to help us .We had a nightmare of a situation where our heating failed and sue was incredibly quick to get us help ,within 30 mins we had a plumber instructed to attend our property (excellent communication skills throughout ) Sue is a total professional in her approach and handling in this matter and in helping us with our check out of our last property . Thankfully I was assigned Courtney Kent as my management agent, who is a great asset to the Leaders team. Courtney followed through all the repair works and kept me informed at every stage.

GoogleAs ever with Leaders, cannot fault the service, from Sally Stewart who showed us around initially, to the supportive handholding from James Pollitt through the process prior to and after we agreed the rent. This has been quite an unexpected and stressful move and the team at Rustington and Ilsa at the final stage team in Derby have been great.

GoogleThe rental team were fabulous in helping us find our new home. During our move, we had a problem with the boiler, heating and hot water but thankfully Laura from the management team resolved the issue efficiently and quickly. I can't thank her enough. However, ongoing issues haven't been resolved by the Management team even after nearly 4 months of being in the property.

GoogleInitially helpful and friendly when viewing and agreeing let. A few days prior to the move in date with the tenancy agreement signed by us and deposit and advance rent paid we were advised that the move in would have to be delayed due to failed electrical test! Leaders tone changed when I challenged this and the next day 2 days prior to move in I was advised that the property had been taken away from Leaders and the tenancy was voided leaving our family homeless. Attitude of branch manager appalling and unsympathetic. Stage 1 complaint response Leaders supposedly not at fault complaint on-going.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
