Nothing is to much trouble and I would highly recommend them, Turner was excellent and I'm seriously impressed with the way these guys work, reservation agreements are a great idea as well, I haven't heard of many others that do this.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI can't thank the staff at Cooper Adams Rustington enough for all their help and support with selling our property. James, Chris, Sarah and Sophie are a great team - knowledgeable, friendly and alway willing to help. Our road to completion has been bumpy (a complex chain!) but they have been with us every step of the way, helping navigate the ups and down, and we couldn't have done it without them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the area.

GoogleScarlet and all team been more than amazing. I couldn't ask for more. Extremely helpful all the time.. Been very hard get the keys of my house. Was many issues in the process (no Cooper Adams fault) . But Scarlet was always there for help. Scarlet was an angel in all the process. Couldn't do without her. Definitely recommend.

GoogleFrom start to finish Scarlett and Chris at Cooper Adams Rustington have been outstanding with their service. Although due to unforeseen circumstances we didn’t get to completion, their communication and attention to detail and service has been outstanding. They have always been helpful, and have always returned messages and calls whenever I have left any. Whenever they have advised something will be done it has been, I have had to chase or follow anything up. I would easily recommend them for sales and purchases and a stress free transaction.

GoogleScarlett was extremely helpful throughout this transaction especially assisting in sorting out a couple of issues which were best dealt with directly with the seller rather than going through the solicitors as they weren't legal issues.
