The team at the Rustington Branch were absolutely first class from the first interaction right through to completion. The service was professional throughout and Chris really took care of us and took time to get to know us and help to get everyone in the chain pulling in the same direction. We sold our property through a different agent and didn't receive a fraction of the comms that we did from Chris, James and Sarah. I'd definitely recommend Cooper Adams to anyone looking to sell their house. We really can't speak highly enough of Chris, and he is an absolute credit to Cooper Adams!

From the time of our first interaction with Cooper Adam’s to the point of the purchase of our new home, we received a friendly and helpful experience, all the staff we dealt with were very polite and accommodating. They helped to speed the process along when solicitors were dragging their feet and also helped us with extra viewings to help get our young son used to the new house. Would highly recommend. Great Service from Cooper Adams

Having been aware of Cooper Adams for some time, I always think there photography and marketing is spot-on. It has made them stand out from the crowd of other agents. So I decided to use the Angmering office and the service from Debi Harrison and her team was first class. The back up from Charlotte was also impressive. The process to sell seems long winded from the legal aspect, but the team kept my wife and I updated and in the picture on a regular basis. Resevation agreement is a scam

Resevation agreement is a scam, it is supposed to protect both the seller and buyer, but that hasnt been my experience. When the survey shows a lot of expensive problems, you can't pull out of the agreement, with out incurring extra costs for a house that you are no longer going to buy.

I must congratulate the team at Rustington and especially Turner and Sarah for their assistance in our purchase on a property that they were offering recently. We viewed the bungalow as soon as it came up and made an offer immediately. This was all dealt with in a most professional manor and we were kept informed of every step of the way - unlike my own selling agent whom I never heard from since they secured the sale, of which I did the viewings myself! Turner helped by keeping me informed and talking to solicitors and ensuring the sale went through as soon as possible due to our vendors particular circumstances. To top it all I was so pleased with the wonderful welcome I got when going to the office to pick up my keys and was handed a Cooper Adams carrier complete with Prosecco, champagne glasses and a commemorative frame with details of relevant dates throughout our purchase. We have just moved house in what might be close to record time in the current market, due in no small part to the exceptional service from Peter and Scarlett in the Cooper Adams Rustington office. The initial valuation meeting with Peter was very professional and straightforward. The firm had obviously sold a number of properties similar to ours in the recent past, so Peter was able to offer first-hand advice on the likely selling price. This was followed up with a quality marketing brochure with excellent photos. We instructed Cooper Adams on a Thursday, the property went live on line the following day, first viewing Saturday, second viewing Monday morning, and offer of the full asking price Monday afternoon about 30 minutes after the For Sale board went up! From then on we dealt mainly with Scarlett who was totally professional and very tenacious in ensuring all parties got the deal over the line with minimal delay. I cannot rate the service from Cooper Adams highly enough. There is clearly a huge advantage in having a local and engaged team pushing the sale through from start to finish.
