I spoke to Jade at Cooper Adams in Rustington and she gave me some great support about speaking to a mortgage advisor and it has really helped get us properly started on our journey to find our first new home. We have received some excellent advice since then and while Cooper Adams themselves haven't had the property we are after just yet, they have put us in touch with other local estate agents who have. I recently rented and then purchased a property through your Rustington office. I would like to thank Scarlett for her professional and courteous handling of the sale and her endless patience. This was a protracted negotiation for a number of reasons but throughout it all I found Scarlett to be helpful, proactive and willing to do all that she could to progress the sale. She was sensitive to my needs and my predicament as I was awaiting a divorce settlement and kept in regular contact with me as the weeks turned I to months. Shaun is the epitome of professionalism, putting the customer first and advancing estate agency in much needed ways. I run an estate agency in Berkshire and have been working with Shaun to replicate the services he offers at Cooper Adams. In particular the detailed advanced property information and reservation agreements, both of which will smooth the sales process and ensure buyers and sellers are motivated, supported and have the very best chance of a successful sale/purchase. Shaun has been kind enough to share his content with me. In an industry that can be cut-throat and competitive in ways that don't benefit the customer, it's so refreshing to see an agent who's doing the exact opposite of that and collaborating with other agents for the benefit of our clients.
