GoogleWouldn't recommend this estate agent to anyone. They knowing let a buyer that was on the verge on exchanging contracts on my house to view a house 5 doors up and put a offer in on that and pull out of the purchase after months of going through the system of searches surveys solicitors etc.

We know that the situation is a mess and understand your frustration and upset. The day they made the viewing we contacted you and let you know, as soon as they made the offer on the other property we called you to let you know. Unfortunately as the law stands at the moment they are allowed to do this. The government intends to trial reservation fees in January with a none refundable deposit being lost if someone pulls out. We really do sympathise with the situation you have been left in due to no fault of your own, but there is nothing we could have done differently

GoogleWe have had our house on the market with Face to Face for two weeks and sadly, due to my partner being surprisingly furloughed, have had to pull it off the market again.
