FacebookMyself and my partner bought our first house together from face to face. Excellent service from Jacky and the team throughout a very stressful process. They were great with explaining everything to us and even helped chase others when needed. Nothing was too big to handle. Would definitely use again if ever needed. They helped us find our dream home.

GoogleI approached face to face as a first time buyer. From the start, the whole team were friendly and welcoming. There was no hesitation in having Jonathon as my mortgage adviser who helped me find the best deals and rates, the best value for money for surveys and kept me up to date every step of the way. Without a doubt the best estate agents in the area. Thank you.

GoogleI don’t know where to start… but here is an honest review of using Face2face. Agreed a purchase on a property, which was quite complex. Firstly we agreed on a figure, which after the survey is was deemed not to be suitable for funding due to the house being a NIL value to its condition. Back to the drawing board, we then obtained partial funding for the property, the estate agents had been kept in the loop all the way through, and agreed (Email and phone documented) that as long as we complete on the 23rd of Aug everything was ok (Which the exchange date was set and ready). We transferred all of our funds to the solicitor, everyone was ready… however Face2face decided to ring up on the 22nd of Aug to let me know they have sold it for a higher price and for us to increase our offer, we said no due to the fact the deal was in place and exchanging contacts was the next day. We spent a total of £6,776 on surveys, solicitors fees, reports to then have a call on day from the estate agents pulling the plug. YES the solicitor was slow, we all have a tale of where a solicitor needs to pull their finger out, but that doesn’t deny the fact of a timeline set by you which we adhered to. Now before they write a response to this review, we have everything documented on emails to back up our review, so please don’t try to act upon this as it was not your fault, as upon reading your review from a similar situation below it seems we are not the only ones. This was a fine case of being gazumped, please Face2face estate agents, be honest! Don’t give a buyer a date it has to exchange by and then pull back on your word a day before, morally this was totally wrong.
We regret that you're experiencing these sentiments. Unfortunately, legal regulations compel us to furnish the vendor with any offers received prior to the point of exchange. When the subsequent offer was submitted, we promptly notified you of this situation and afforded you the chance to increase your offer. Per the instructions of the vendor's solicitors, we were obliged to proceed with the higher offer.

GoogleWhat can I say, The support we have received from Face 2 Face has been superb, these guys went above and beyond in selling our property but showed the true worth of a business in the purchase of our new property which was not bought through them. They chased the chain for updates and provided information that the selling estate agent (Reside) just didn't want to provide or they didn't tell the truth. These guy went above and beyond, not only did they sell our house but they also supported us through the buying process of our new home which was being sold by another estate agent that completely let the chain down by no communication. Jacky and the team stepped in and sorted all the issues out and pushed everyday to make sure the completion happened I can not recommend this estate agent enough, they truly put the other estate agent (Reside) to shame. Thank you team you made it happen.

Was so reassuring knowing I could turn up and chat and even have a coffee whilst they dealt with what my 'other' estate agents should have been doing on my behalf! A fab team.

GoogleBought my first home 3 years ago through Face2Face after years of searching and although I can say others were nice it is certain Face2Face go above and beyond. Jackyln helped me a great deal where I was not able to help myself. It has been a tough couple of years and buying a home is not an easy process but this company do not forget we're human and they have the skills and knowledge to be a value to people and communities. Very grateful for their help and even three years on they keep the door open if you need more help.

GoogleConstantly see homes for let, call to inquire but get told they're not available...even though they're still listed to let. Have inquired into 6 different houses and same story every time. If the homes are taken then they should no longer be listed. They get 3 stars for at least having good customer service...
Hi Jamie, thanks for leaving your review and I can understand why you feel this way. There is such a shortage of rental properties at the moment that we are inundated as soon as one becomes available. That said I will look into how we can avoid this situation in the future as the properties are still shown as available whilst we are conducting referencing. GoogleI'd highly recommend Face to Face. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful to deal with but I'd like to give a special call out to Jacklyn who was always there to jump on a call or to chase things up, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she went consistently above and beyond. It's great dealing with a team of real people who are happy to just jump on a call and talk you through things instead of getting lost in endless chains of emails. Thanks so much, Face to Face!

GoogleI honestly can not recommend Face2Face enough. From valuation, all the way through to completion the service was never short of exceptional. We had a particularly tricky sale as there were four parties involved in the chain, and if it wasn't for Jacky's persistence we would probably still be waiting to complete!
