We had a particularly tricky sale as there were four parties involved in the chain, and if it wasn't for Jacky's persistence we would probably still be waiting to complete! FacebookWorst service ever. They Completely messed our purchase of a house up by pulling our offer out of the house, that had been accepted without telling us. They then sold the property to another buyer and even as we tried to buy the house back were absolutely terrible with communication. They would tell us that they were definitely going to ring us at a certain time and then we would end up chasing them down to find out information even over a few days at one point. They were Super disrespectful to us and tried to insinuate that the situation was our fault when in actual fact the house would never have been out of our hands if their incompetent estate agent Paul hadn’t assumed we were pulling our offer out. I would not ever recommend this company to anybody especially if you are a first time buyer as they will discriminate against you and treat you like an idiot. We now have nowhere to live whilst at university and have spent over £300 on mortgage advisors which we have lost. After 2 weeks of waiting around we have just been told that they are selling to someone else because of a “swapping fee” to change buyers which isn’t even a real concept. These people DO NOT care about you and are indisputably unprofessional.
Hi Kiera, sorry to hear your frustration. We do have communication from you saying that you were unable to proceed with the purchase and were, unfortunately, having to pull your offer. In the message, you did say that you would contact us in the future should your circumstances change and to see if the property was still available. Unfortunately, we had other offers on the property and have had to act in the best interests of our vendor.

FacebookJust recently bought my first house through Face to Face Estate Agents, we viewed the property with Paul who was brilliant with us through the whole process and then followed up by Jacklyn who was also really friendly and helpful! We’ve had no problems at all, it’s all been a breeze. And to top it all off, when we collected our keys, they paid for us to have a takeaway so we didn’t have to worry about cooking on day 1 of moving in. I would definitely recommend these guys! GoogleGreat to deal with, as buyers we had all our questions answered promptly, nothing seemed too much trouble. Viewings were worked around us and suggested properties were always something we were actually looking for. Everything was chased promptly and we were always kept informed. Never made to feel pressured either, unlike some of the other estate agents we looked at properties with.

FacebookI have been trying to view a one of four properties this agent is re-marketing for the last two weeks, I have called them on several occasions and been promised a call back to arrange the viewings which still has not been received. Sellers take your properties elsewhere, these guys must just be too busy!
