The team at Face To Face have been fantastic from start to finish when helping me with the purchase of my new home. Jacklyn has been fantastic from the start, helping me navigate the process of selling my home, being a lot more helpful and supportive than the estate agents I used to sell my property. Even calling me out of traditional working hours to keep me informed. The support we received was 2nd to none. We’ve sold two properties this year, very similar in size and area, completely different in condition. When Jonathon came to see the first property he gave us great advice about our options, the market and the types of buyers that were looking at that time. We quickly sold the house at auction and were very happy with the outcome. The second property was, with Jonathon’s insight, marketed in a more traditional way and the sales team in the Tod branch, particularly Debbie and Sienna, were able to find several interested parties. I honestly couldn’t recommend Face to Face highly enough. Jacklyn in sales progression was the only person I could turn to for help throughout the process, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She truly went the extra mile and I genuinely don’t think I would have got into my new home without her support, dedication and constant reassurance. Cameron, the mortgage advisor, was also fantastic, incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me through every step of the way, which made the whole process so much less stressful. An outstanding team all round.
