Purchased my first home recently which was listed with David Lee, and I can honestly say they were excellent. They were quick to reply at any questions I had, everybody there, both in the office and out on viewings were friendly and knowledgeable. I was refused a viewing because I have a 10 month old who would be coming to the viewing with me (strapped to me). I explained I was a widow - the woman hang up on me before I could finish speaking. Very disappointing. I have viewed lots of properties in the last few months and purchased a couple - the sellers of the property I was interested in are missing out. And I have been punished for being a widow - I hope the lady who has hang up on me never has to go through something like this. Just awful...
