GoogleI've dealt with Lee, David and the team at David Lee for around 5 years now and have never been let down. Their professional and pro-active approach to selling property is a breath of fresh air and I've always felt they genuinely care about their clients and their experiences when buying or selling a house. To me, they are head and shoulders above the rest so I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

GoogleThis was our first experience of renting so didn’t really know what to expect but the whole team in the office were a real pleasure to deal with and the process from check-in to check-out was quick and painless, with them doing most of the work. They helped us with everything we needed to know and the one minor issue we had with the property was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. I would certainly recommend them.

Their marketing process was very efficient and the photos and brochure of our property produced by David Lee were excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responded to our phone calls! GoogleVery brusque and rude and particularly rude when came and did not hear them knock although having apologised that I had not heard through being deaf, complained that they had stood outside for 1/2 hr. Made another arrangement for valuation with time and date and did not turn up or telephone to cancel having previously been told that they were valuing in my road.

A warning to you all we lost £400 as we had completed all the searches and were about to exchange when this problem popped up. It is a possibility that some lenders won't lend on it due to the unadoption of the road. A complete waste of time and money.

GoogleI've had an excellent experience with David Lee estate agents as a landlord with 2 separate tenacies. David Lee has the high service levels and extremely attentive and dedicated staff of a small family run company yet can offer the very competitive rates of a large national agent. I will be transferring all my business to them as and when the contract contracts expire.

Googlevery disappointed with lack of communication from James in Lettings, have been trying to get him to call me back for over 2 weeks now. I have repetitively been into the office and have called the office to get told he will call me back within half an hour. I am still waiting for that phone call
