Martin found us wonderful tenants within 24 hours what more could you ask? & Liz has been particularly helpful guiding us through the paperwork & keeping us up to date. David Lee was incredibly helpful and professional from beginning to end. I was actually moving from overseas back to the UK, making the process of renting a property a little more nuanced. James and Liz explained everything to me along the way, and were instrumental in helping me secure a property. They were my local eyes and ears, as it were, and I would have been lost without them! Contracts and any documentation were handled responsibly and were very thorough. From viewing the property, to paying a deposit, to the referencing process, and final tenancy agreement, everything was formal, streamlined, and efficient. Good sale result achieved with a much better valuation and sale price than if we'd not used an agent. It would have cost us a vast amount if we'd handled the valuation and sale ourselves. The team looked after us well with personable, knowledgeable people who have strong local market expertise. Our house went on the market and after David Lee arranged multiple viewings over a short period, it was sold subject to contract in just 3 weeks. We were then faced with the additional problems of Covid-19 but somehow, with the perseverance of the David Lee staff, the small chain held firm.
