GoogleWe would like to say that we cannot speak too highly of Parkes and Pearn. We have used them for the rental of our property for approx 8 or 10 years and in the sale of our property this year. The tenants they have found have always been very good and looked after our property very well. In matters of the sale their staff have always been very helpful. efficient, friendly, and courteous in all matters. We cannot thank them all enough for the smooth process. We would not hesitate to recommend them for rentals or sales. Our thanks go to all the members of staff. David and Jo Evans

GoogleI would like to recommend Parkes and Pearn for their dedication to our search and subsequent purchase of our present home near Looe. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging visits to properties when we were able to be in the area to helping us through the purchase process and even recommending removal firms one of which we used and found to be as conscientious and reliable as Brett and Phil at Parkes and Pearn. Thank you so much for everything!
