GoogleWe have sold recently using Parkes and Pearn and from the start to the finish they were what we wanted from an agent. No pushy sales pitch at the start, no pestering for the listing which stood out from their competitors. During a difficult market communication was ongoing which I believe pushed the sale over the live minimising stress to ourselves. Thanks all.

GoogleParkes and Pearn take pride in their customer service and this is entirely justified. The service I received was personal and based on what kind of property I was looking for. Their communication has beeen excellent: whenever I have emailed I have received a very prompt and helpful reply. They also don't feel like the usual pressured, corporate estate agents I have experienced before. All my contacts with them have been positive and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Googlecontacted in order to make complaint about a rented property . The " director " was less than helpful , was not prepared to listen and was rude and arrogant . His lack of professionalism was astonishing and I was my complaint was dismissed . I felt that all that mattered was that the rent was being paid !! and any concerns from neighbours were no concern of theirs.
Susan, we are always prepared to listen - but my staff and myself are not here to the be shouted at or accept being spoken to in an aggressive manner by your male friend. Your concerns where discussed with the tenant, who felt uncomfortable in her family home with your constant moaning and nagging. Unfortunately you seem to feel that because you owned your property that you have the right to dictate that only people without children should have been placed in a 3 bedroom property in 'your cul-de-sac'. Due to your unfriendly selfish attitude the tenants decided to relocate, so I guess you got what you wanted in the end - you should feel really proud of yourself that you forced a young family out of their home.
