Our profound gratitude goes to their members of staff, especially Bethany, Joel and Chloe, they are embodiments of professionalism and friendliness. They answered our questions quickly, kept us in the communication loop through out the purchase journey. All I can say is that they should be ready to receive us in their office for our next purchase 😊

GoogleAlthough we have now decided not to let our property out, Joel and his team were incredibly knowledgable when it came to our market appraisal and if we were going to rent it out, I would have had no hesitation in using them. We thought we were in a rush at the time and they were very accommodating trying to get the house ready to advertise. Thank you very much to the team for your efforts and apologies for your time wasted. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend you as agents to anyone.

GoogleI originally viewed a house last October, which fell through in May, Bethany was fantastic at arranging a viewing in a new property, which I have now completed, and has been there every step of the way. The Parkes and Pearn team are friendly, accommodating, patient, knowledgeable & helpful! I will definitely be using them again when it comes time to update/sell. I could not recommend anyone better for the job!

GoogleOver the course of our house buying journey, we viewed many properties across Liskeard and the surrounding area. Most Estate Agents would be late, some would not show up at all, and when they did, they would often be unprepared, knowing nothing about the property and often not being able to figure out which key or gate provided access etc. This was never the case with Parkes and Pearn. We were delighted when we found out that the property we intended to pursue was on the market with them. Bethany, Joel and Chloe in particular are professional, attentive and knowledgeable. They provide first-class customer service, often going above and beyond. We could not have asked more of them, and they stepped up every time. Whether corresponding with intermediaries, squeezing in last minute viewings or simply answering a multitude of questions, Parkes and Pearn set the standard in the area for excellence and honestly put the competition to shame. Despite having what I imagine would be an extensive portfolio of properties on the books, both Joel and Bethany recognised me as soon as I walked into the office, knew my name, my family, and which property I was buying. They'd ask after my children and remember details about my life and my property. They did something that seems so rare in this industry, they genuinely cared about us. I could not recommend them more.

GoogleSimply the best! Parkes and Pearn were totally professional all of the way through a difficult sale (due to issues with the chain below). Bethany, Joel and Simon were all involved at various points. All gave reassurance when needed and excellent advice also. We are convinced that without their hard work and expertise, we would not have achieved either the sale or the price reached. If we were ever selling in Liskeard again, we wouldn't use anyone else. And such nice people!

GoogleI couldn't recommend Parkes and Pearn more, especially Bethany who is always so friendly and happy to help and a credit to the team. From the valuation to completion, from selling to buying, although it's been a long process with a few delays (none of which was P&Ps fault) I was kept updated all the way and felt at ease that it was all in hand. I would without a doubt use them again. Thank you Bethany for making this stressful time a lot easier.

GoogleParkes and Pearn acted for the vendors of the property I purchased in Liskeard. Although not their direct client, they kept me informed throughout and chased up the chain. They were far more proactive than the 'chain' estate agents who acted for my house sale - I found out information from Parkes and Pearn that should have come from my own agents! Enquiries were quickly answered and cover provided when my lead contact was on leave. I will certainly choose a local estate agent firm in future, rather than the branch of a chain.

GoogleI’ve just sold my house and completed with Parkes & Pearn and couldn’t fault them at all. They know the value of looking after their client and that’s exactly what they did for me during what was a very complicated sale and lengthy process. They guided me through what I needed to do when the various surveys needed to be done. When I asked them to chase the chain they did so without any hesitation or delay. Simon and Bethany were both professional and courteous at all times, as well as being approachable and friendly, they really did seem to understand how testing selling a house can be. GoogleI can’t recommend parkes & Pearn enough! Especially Simon! We started our journey at the beginning of the year looking for our first family home to buy, we had an offer accepted which later unfortunately fell through. We then contacted Simon a couple of months later and asked him if he could show us around a few other houses they had on the market, to which we found the house we’ve just brought. Simon was patient, answering any questions we had to ask & let us take as much time as we needed to have a look around. During the whole process, Simon was always on hand to answer any questions or to chase any enquiries we had. From start to finish everything was 5*! Thank you for making the whole experience a breeze. Would highly recommend Parkes & Pearn & will be sure to use them again in the future!

GoogleI Can’t thank Simon and team enough for all their support and perseverance with our transaction. From the beginning with their professionally illustrated brochure, maintaining their punctuality and customer support the service provided was exceptional. Despite there being issues further down our chain “out of Simon’s control” he went above and beyond to provide me with accurate updates and ensure our transaction maintained on schedule. Many hours and late evenings was put in by the team to provide the positive outcome. GoogleSimon was professional and his communications skills are very good. Simon was recommended to us and he had sold the client's last two houses within the first week. Simon did the same for us. Simon vetted the prospective buyers to make sure we had people who were in a position to proceed. Simon kept in regular contact with us and the buyers solicitors to push the sale along. Thanks Simon! GoogleParkes and Pearn are a professional, friendly, approachable local estate agents who care and understand about their clients requirements. After having issues previously with a larger Southwest agency in Liskeard, it was nice to feel valued and listened to, which made the whole experience less daunting. Our sale was managed really well from start to finish and even though it fell through a couple of times, Simon, Beth, Joel and the team were straight back on to marketing the property. My buyer also had great communication from them and knew exactly what was happening at all times. I would definitely recommend Parkes and Pearn whether you are buying or selling.
