I've just exchanged on a protracted and difficult sale and all of the team have gone over and above all expectations to ensure that all went as well as it possibly could have done. I've dealt with a number of estate agents in my time, and none have come close to the standard of professionalism and efficiency that I've experienced here.

Dear Anne, As Liskeard's No 1 agent for Sales - I am surprised of your comment above - at the end of the day we are more than happy to arrange viewings with potential buyers. Some vendors do however give us instructions that they only want buyers in a position to proceed. At the end of the day, unlike Purplebricks or the like (where people pay regardless of results) we only get paid once the sale has completed - therefore if a viewing would have been possible then it would have happened. If the property has gone to another agent then this could well be because we have asked a vendor to consider looking for another agent if their expectations are unrealistic in price or viewing arrangements have been problematic.
