Annette at Alba property just sold us our dream home! Having been house hunting for months it was a very stressful time, and Annette ensured the deal was completed quickly for a price both parties were happy with, meaning a lot less stress for us rather than waiting days for response on offers or going to a closing date. So lovely to deal with, would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Chose Annette after meeting 3 other local Estate Agents. Knew as soon as I met her she was for us. Knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. She has dealt with our sale efficiently and effectively. No question is too stupid and no time of the day or night too much trouble. She really does work her socks off.Delighted with the results of her hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend x

We had multiple estate agents come and give us quotes for selling our property. We were most impressed with Annette and Alba's fees were very reasonable. We could not recommend Alba highly enough. They have made our selling process extremely straightforward and stress-free. Outstanding service and she was always available by phone or email throughout the week, even at the weekend.

From first meeting Annette Mcdonald I was impressed by her professional and caring attitude. She took the time and trouble to explain all procedures we would be following to sell my property. My property was advertise on 29th March and was sold by the following morning, which was due to Annette. Thank you once again Annette xxPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Selling your property can be stressful. Our experience was that Annette at Alba made it as hassle free as possible. From start to finish she was available almost 24/7 to answer queries and for viewings. The ‘No sale - no fee’ offer was reassuring but fortunately it didn’t need to be tested.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I was hugely impressed with Sinead's professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine warmth. From the very start, I knew our house sale was in great hands. She guided us through the whole process, took great care in getting the best photographs and carried out over 40 viewings herself (while we relaxed elsewhere!). Sinead achieved the best possible outcome for us and I would not hesitate in recommending Alba to anyone looking to sell their home. Simply the best.

Annette at Alba was very helpful and on the ball when it came to selling our house, it was only on the market for 5 days when it sold and she was always available anytime night or day for any questions or queries we had. Customer service was 5/5 and so was Annette.

Phenomenal service from Alanna at Alba Property from start to finish. Had our property, photographed, on the market and sold within the space of a week. Brilliant communication throughout, working unsociable hours, working as hard as possible to go above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for better service. 100% recommend getting in contact with Alanna for selling your property.
