Really happy with the service provided. Annette was friendly and knowledgeable, and has always been available at the end of the phone. Very efficient service and everything moved very quickly when we confirmed that we were ready to go ahead with the sale. I liked the personal approach to selling my property. The sale went live at night time, and Annette took calls late into the evening, and arranged the first viewings as soon as was convenient with us. The house sold for a good price on our first day of viewings. I would happily use Annette and Alba again. Highly recommend.

I’m only 20 and doing it on my own and Alanna showed me the first house I’d ever viewed, she was absolutely lovely, so kind and answered all questions. I hadn’t viewed many houses before and she made me feel so at ease about the situation. She helped me through the whole process answering any and all questions even though she was just selling me the house. Even after buying and moving into the house, she kept in contact to see if I had any problems. If I ever decide to sell my house in the future, I’m going straight to Alanna Baistow! Sinead from Alba Property has been great to work with so far. Our house was under offer in about a week from the day it went on the market, even though I never felt pressured by her to accept any given offer. We were sold from the initial presentation, as she took plenty of time to explain all the different elements of the process in detail. We found her explanations to be significantly more detailed than others we spoke to before. The best part was that all Sinead sold us, was true. Where do I start. Having never had the experience of selling a home before. We asked 4 estate agents to come view our home. Sinead for Alba Property sized up the whole house explaining everything in detail. Organizing home report and photos and viewings. Today our sold sign went up! Our home actually sold within 24 hrs of going on the market to a lovely family 👪 I hope they have lots of happy memories here as we have had over 28 yrs.
