Can't thank Sinead enough for her dedication, care and professional approach to selling our home. Her communication was superb with regular progress updates and she was always on the end of the phone, at any time, to answer our questions. Marketing was exceptional. Sinead has the skills to show the property off at it's best, while holding back just enough to ensure the potential buyers still get that "wow" factor when viewing. Sinead made the whole process stress free and straightforward. 5 star performance and would highly recommend both Sinead and Alba Property.

Sinead was brilliant during the sale of my home - professional, helpful and always available via phone, text and email even well outside of working hours. I was delighted with the marketing of my property and an offer was agreed within two days. Could not have asked for a better experience. I was slightly nervous being a first time seller but Sinead was so helpful and was always happy to answer my questions.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I can't recommend Hometown Estate Agents enough, Sinead is a star! She was patient with me and made sure everything was perfect for marketing which resulted in a sale in less than a week. Unfortunately the buyers mortgage fell through but Sinead was quick to remarket and sell it a second time. I was selling remotely and I always felt my house was in very safe hands. Thanks for everything Sinead, your help was hugely appreciated and resulted in a stress free process. I wish you and Hometown all the very best for the future.

Sinead was exceptional. From our first phone call, right through to the end she was there at any time to answer any questions & dispel any new seller/buyer fears. Production & marketing were all professionally carried out. Both times we have used Alba our house had viewing requests within hours of hitting the market & both times excellent offers received within 2 days. All other house selling companies are sitting in the shade compared to Sinead & Alba.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sinead has a wealth of knowledge with regards to properties throughout West Lothian and was able to advise us accordingly when we chose Alba to put our own home up for sale. Sinead kept us up to date with each step of the process from the photos, viewings and most importantly when she found a buyer for our house. Sinead, from Alba was everything one would want in an estate agent. She was extremely helpful, positive, cheery and professional at every stage. Her communication was absolutely superb. Sinead could not have been any more helpful. She was brilliant. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Alba and in particular Sinead. Every step of the service from valuation to selling was professional and reliable. We changed agent because our previous one had appalling commuincation. Thank goodness we choose Alba.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Sinead was absolutely brilliant! We did not have the best experience when selling our house in the summer and we did share our doubts with Sinead, who put our mind at ease and she kept her promise. Sinead is so friendly and approachable but very professional in what she does at the same time ! We felt very looked after and our house was sold within a day and we got an offer we definitely did not expect. From start to this very moment it was a 5-star service and I will be recommending Alba Property and Sinead to all my friends in the future! This is the 3rd time I’ve used Alba Property. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Annette is an outstanding estate agent; trustworthy, professional and always gives a first class personal service. Solicitors have told me she’s the one Estate Agent they trust. Annette was selling a property the 1st time I met her, I was so impressed I asked if she’d sell ours and never looked back. 3 incredibly fast sales later, within hours or days of going on the market all of which exceeded our expectations. Outstanding value too with no sale no fee. 5 *PositiveProfessionalism

We originally bought our property through Alba so it seemed right to sell with them. Sinead was brilliant! She was available any time we needed her. Everything was made so simple. We had an offer after the 2nd viewing and it was only on the market for 1 week! It was great knowing all the viewings were carried out by Sinead so we didn't have to worry about doing it ourselves, great when you have children!! Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
