We used Hometown Estate Agents to both sell our own property and buy a new one as she was recommended by a friend. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She's not just an estate agent who wants to sell you a house, she really cares about doing an amazing job and finding the house thats right for you and your needs. She was a really lovely, polite person and it never felt like she was trying to push us into buying a house that wasn't for us. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and took a massive amount of stress away. She was always available to help with any questions and helped chase solicitors when it came down to the wire. I would definitely use Sinead again. She donates £50 from every house sale to Steps to Hope which is a local charity. When we got the keys for our property she gave us a welcome pack, complete with keyrings, candles and vouchers for furniture and anything else you might need. Now we are settled in a home that is perfect for us. Thank you Sinead, I wouldn't use any other estate agent. If I could give you 10 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We cannot recommend Hometown enough. When we first met with Sinead to go over the property valuation and process she was brilliant. There was no trying to pull the wool over our eyes or giving us unrealistic figures and advice, she was authentic and honest and we could tell how passionate she was about her business and selling the property. She really pushed to get the flat sold and we had regular viewings as well as updates with metrics and social media engagement in the property. Her advice was great and she made sure we got the right deal for us. She always gave us very honest feedback and communicated really well throughout the process. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could. As first time sellers we were apprehensive about the process but I was glad we chose Sinead from the very beginning. I rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business most deserving of one. Selling and buying houses is described as one of the most stressful things in life. Phenomenal service. Sinaed was so patient and understanding with us whilst we worked towards getting the house on the market, she was so helpful advising us with what jobs we needed to do and so very patient while we took a few weeks to get them done. She walked in and was very personable and so enthusiastic about the house and so complimentary about it too. She instantly made us feel she was the right agent for us. We were delighted to be shown our lovely new home by Sinead! She took the time to show us around at a leisurely pace and answered all our questions. We weren’t familiar with the neighbourhood at all and Sinead informed us about the local amenities and area. All of which was extremely helpful and a huge reason for our relocation. Alanna recently sold our property for us. We were selling for the first time and explored a few other companies alongside Alba. Alanna made me feel instantly at ease & made it feel relaxed without the typical sales pressure. She explained everything well, and the entire journey was flawless and a breeze. Alanna was professional but friendly throughout and was always on hand for any questions we had and we were never made to feel silly. Alanna is great at what she does and she is such a lovely person too - added bonus! People say buying and selling is the most stressful time of your life, but we would do it all again if we knew we would have Alanna to sell our home! I highly recommend selling your property with ALBA. The service provided by Sinead has been second to none. With this being the first time I have ever sold a property, I was rather nervous and unsure of the process. From my very first meeting with Sinead she made me feel completely at ease and assured me she would be there every step of the way. Sinead kept in regular contact via email, phonecall and text throughout the whole process as well as handling all of my viewings. This took alot of stress out of the selling process. I was very impressed with Sinead selling my property. I initially considered another 2 other agents but Sinead outshone them both with her professional manner, knowledge of the business and the time she spent explaining the whole process. My property was sold (STC) very quickly but unfortunately had to be remarketed . The property sold quickly once more (STC) but within 48hrs!! Throughout the process Sinead kept in regular contact with updates and advice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, ALBA PROPERTY I have just completed the sale of my property in Broxburn with Alba Property acting as my Sales Agent - and the professionalism of Alba’s procedural process combined with a wholly successful sales outcome causes me to irrefutably rate Alba Property as a Highly Recommended Property Sales Agent!! In these terms my immediate point of contact was Alba’s Sales Associate Sinead Wood-McManus, and a key factor for me was that, although selling a property is inherently a stressful experience for the seller, Sinead was able to bring a calming influence with her plainly-worded professional advice, and which included her very helpfully communicating as needed on an ongoing basis, 7 days per week. At the procedural level Alba’s Property Schedule as published on their website was of the highest order, with the final form taking on board some property features which I personally suggested as specifically noteworthy to Sinead, and the Schedule gained an immediate response from interested parties, with viewings taking place within a few days of the Schedule being released to the public domain. AND, with Sinead acting as guide for the initial viewings, there was immediate success, with a sale being very quickly concluded fully to my satisfaction within a matter of days after the Property Schedule had been released on the Alba Property website, and which resulted in a sale price being achieved which was a positively acceptable margin above the advertised Offers Over amount!! So overall a wholly satisfactory property sales experience from my own perspective as seller, and one which wholly and deservedly warrants my HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating for Alba Property as a Property Sales Agent!!
