GoogleAmazing, best experience of estate agent ever! Sinead took us through every step of our property sale from initial enquiry to completion. Sinead took all the photos which showed the property in its' best light. Our property was one of the first after lockdown and all viewings were COVID secure. A closing date was set and then Sinead took us through all the offers in detail. All paperwork was efficiently dealt with and Sinead stayed in touch until the new buyer was given the keys. Being there for us to guide us through the experience, carrying out the viewings and keeping us updated proactively made it run like clockwork. We met Annette when viewing our new home and her honesty, rapport and professionalism led us to using Alba even though we hadn’t heard of them before. GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Alanna and Alba Property, so highly I created this account purely to review them. They sold a house on our estate quickly which was how we found them, and we felt the no sale no fee was very fair. From Alanna’s first visit to our house we loved her and knew immediately that we wanted to go with her to sell our home. She knew we were in a rush as we had an offer accepted subject to sale and in this market that can be very stressful, from first visit to going live was 6 days I believe, which we were so impressed with. This was a Friday and by the end of Monday we had 4 offers. This was proof of Alanna’s hard work and professional attitude so once again, can only speak highly of them.
