GoogleWe had a great experience both selling our house and purchasing our new home via Oulsnam (especially when interacting with both Sarah and Claire). They were very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails and good at communicating with solicitors/mortgage advisers, buyers and vendors as needed. They managed to sell our house very quickly, as well as a second time when it initially fell through; and also making us aware of houses which might be suitable for purchase which were about to come on to market. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleThey are completely irresponsible and ridiculous. I booked and confirmed a viewing, they changed the time twice. Finally, I received a confirmation by email and time is confirmed. I drove a hour with my family and attended the viewing on time at 10am, Unfortunately, nobody is opening the door, we tried to email or call office won’t be able to reach anyone. After 2 hours, an agency called Norman called me said my time is 11:45am, I said it’s ridiculous & impossible, the confirmation shows it’s 10am how could he lie to us this way? I have the proof and confirmation it’s 10am. This is the worst property agency ever, stay away or you are going to waste your time
We are sorry that this viewing time had to be rearranged however we did send an e-mail confirmation for the viewing time of 11.45 and a text reminder was also sent. Thanks, Gareth

GoogleVery happy with the service. The agency is very responsive and made sure the process progressed through all the steps in a timely manner. Although we did disagree on the flat valuation, I did insist on keeping the value I wanted and I luckily it worked well. Dealing with solicitors was not easy, and frankly, if it wasn't for Oulsnam's prompt intervention, the process would have taken longer.
