GoogleWe put offer in land at cowlersley lane, huddersfield and after our all paperwork they call and send in written say our offer is accepted and send paper work to our solicitor and we paid our solicitor and they took house from sale and after week Mr Charlie Brow rang us saying they got another 2 offers more than ours we list 2000 pounds and very disappointed by Ryder and Dunton I advise all clear this with them before pay its not professional look like doing bad practice
Hi Mr Singh, We totally appreciate your frustration. Whilst this situation is not preferable, there is a legal obligation to advise our sellers of any serious offers that we receive throughout the progression of a property transaction. In this case, our seller chose to proceed with a more favourable offer.

GoogleWe viewed a property with Georgie yesterday, we have seen a lot of houses and spoken to a lot of estate agents in the last few months and she was truly a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Went out of her way to talk us through the property - very different to other experiences we have had. We didn't feel rushed or like we were wasting anyone's time and she has followed up on any queries we had on the local area the following day. Three of us were viewing and we all came out saying the same thing!

GoogleWe changed Estate Agents half way through the painful process of selling our house because we felt the agent we were with was just not keeping us informed. When we moved to Oulsnam Kings Heath we realised that this was truly the case. It wasn't an easy job selling our loved home but the entire team worked their socks off and we are now happily in our new home and couldn't thank the team enough. In essence their realistic, calm, positive approach kept us going.

GoogleIt took almost a year due to unforeseen issues, moving is definitely the most stressful life events we have ever done. The team at Ryder & Dutton were amazing, responsive and understanding whilst we battled on! There is nothing too big or too small and they are always a phone call away should you need anything. When our sale fell through, we had practically daily conversations with the team to get the viewings back up and it only took 2 months (over Christmas I must add) to get resold. A massive thank you to Emmy and Oliver for getting us through this mostly unscathed! I cannot recommend enough!
