We had a wonderful experience with Ryder & Dutton, and especially with our agent- Kizzie. She was incredibly polite, kind and professional throughout the purchase of our home. She consistently went above and beyond to chase vendors and solicitors, keep things moving and make sure everything was progressing, even when the process took longer than expected. We are genuinely grateful for all her help and support and are very happy with the service we received. She is a credit to Ryder & Dutton, and I’m sure she will go far with her dedication and excellent customer service. I would also like to thank Oliver who stood in the gap a few times. My mother recently purchased a new home through Ryder & Dutton at Lindley. Kizzie was excellent in keeping her up to date - always patient and reassuring and willing to find answers to all her questions. She also communicated regularly with the solicitor to make sure things kept moving. My mother would also like to commend Oliver who was very welcoming when answering the phone and very reliable at passing on questions to Kizzie or finding the answers himself. An excellent service from the whole team from start to finish - she would highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend Georgie and the team at Oulsnam in Kings Heath. We sold our house and bought our new one with them and they were great throughout the process. We got a huge range in quotes for the house we were selling, Oulsnam came in in the middle with a sensible suggestion and we got an asking price offer within a week. Then when the owners of the house we were buying came to them for a valuation they thought of us and we got to view it, make an offer which got accepted before it went on the open market, creating a very seamless process! Their communication was excellent throughout. Estate agents have a generally bad reputation but can only recommend this team!

From our first meeting through to the advice on photos and the final listing, it was clear that Oulsnam’s professional approach is ahead of the competition. Georgie Cole, their Senior Valuer, was particularly helpful in keeping the chain together. She was proactive and a consistently friendly voice at the end of the phone, which gave me a lot of confidence whenever I had a query. The listing itself looked great, and her recommendation of a video tour instead of a 360 tour worked well to show the property's proportions accurately. Georgie is knowledgeable on the locality, and her commitment was evident when she helped me clear the space for photographs and kept things moving with the sellers' legal team near the end. I’ve already recommended them to a passer-by who saw the sign outside, and I’m very grateful to the whole team for their hard work.

Honestly don’t think we would be in our dream house now if it wasn’t for Oliver. We viewed a house with R&D and although we didn’t go with that one in the end Oliver kept in contact with us and I remember thinking - I wish I had somebody like Oliver selling our house. The agent we were with was poor at keeping in touch with us.
