From our personal experience we had a 1st class service from start to finish. I dealt with Nina and Josh who were very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, approachable and I lost track of the amount of times I rang them asking questions or seeing if we could get into the house and not once did they moan (not to my face anyway!) I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and honestly I cannot fault them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I can only speak from my experience and I haven't got a bad word to say. Thanks and keep up the good work!

For the last few years William H Brown have been managing my rental property in Lincoln, handled mostly by an agent named Matt Wilson. I rarely write reviews but his service throughout and that of his colleagues has been exemplary, so much so that I felt I had to highlight how professional they have been. Matt has dealt with every situation that arises quickly (immediately) and efficiently, from finding good reliable tenants, sorting all maintenance works and handling any issues that have arisen deftly and professionally. He has put himself out when I have needed historic information which wasn't even in his remit, but just because he wanted to help out. It would have been so easy to just say no, or leave it until I had to chase, but he never did. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I felt extremely reassured to have him and his colleagues in the background. Anyone who owns rental properties will know exactly what I mean!! I highly recommend Matt, and wish he was able to handle all of my properties, which are unfortunately out of this area!

The staff are an absolute joke. Called twice to book a viewing, my info was taken and I was assured that I will be contacted when the date is set. Called next week after no communication on their part - the viewings are already fully booked and they could not do anything for me. Will be avoiding this agency from now on.

Edited my review of the Lincoln branch to 1 star. Appalling service. Called to talk to a mortgage advisor. 'They will be in touch later today'. Nothing. I took the email addresses of the 2 advisers in branch. Mailed them. 2 weeks later - no response. What is the point of paying for a lifetime service if you cannot uphold it?Never using this awful company again.

Sadly I can’t give 0 stars. Talked the talk when when the valuer came around agreed to list with them even though they were more expensive on the basis they promised there customer service is excellent. So after listing with them heard nothing for six months. Then I explained that nobody had been in touch, they apologised and promised they would sell the property within in a month and call me on a regular basis. Called once after and never heard from them again. So I sent in letter of intention to cancel. Branch never called, Ho customer services called for a customer service survey. So I told them how bad it has been they promised to give me new photos and premium listing etc, guess never happened. Manager of customer services spoke to me after branch manager had been booked in to come to my house , guess what never turned up, new pictures etc never taken. Customer service manger was going to escalate to area manager for branch. Guess what never heard a thing since. Absolutely rubbish customer I could put in more details but my advice is avoid Wh brown and their manager. Worse customer service I have ever seen!!!!!!!
