I booked a viewing with this agency. Day and time of the viewing were confirmed via email and via text on the same day. Due to an error in the system, they couldn't show me the property on the day and they could not re-arrange it via Skype. I couldn't come another day as I don't live there so I wasted my time and money for a viewing that did not take place. They apologised for it.

During a recent move I found the staff in the lettings department to be kind, considerate and, most importantly, extremely helpful in assisting me. They are knowledgeable about their properties and their standards of professionalism are second to none in Lincoln. I greatly appreciate their advice and their service during my period of property transition. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and, if ever I move again within Lincoln, they will be my first port of call.

I was disappointed by how much they overcharge with final deductions from my deposit. I had to pay 100 just to clean an oven that was never used since I first entered the flat, for instance. The agency can advise the landlords not to be predatory with the deposit.
