GoogleMindy's did everything they could to support my requests to look round the property and liaise with their vendor. The support from Vickie was excellent

GoogleThis is a ridiculous letting agent. They don't even deserve 1 star! They want to make money on everything. There is unreasonable admin charges they keep applying.

GoogleWhilst aware that they seem to have some agreement with new builds for a document - still feels overpriced to have to pay nearly £400 to produce a piece of paper.

GoogleBought a house through Mundys - Lincoln, the team understood that we where first time buyers and went above and beyond ensuring that we understood what was going on, what questions to ask and updated us at every given opportunity. I would HIGHLY recommend buying through them, and I am sure when we come to sell, we shall be using them!

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend using Mundys to anyone buying or selling a house. We bought a property that was being sold by Mundys and the customer service was great. They did everything they could to keep the process running smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Always friendly and efficient, thank you.

GoogleI would give minus stars if possible. Absolutely terrible. Do not rent with them. Never bothered to address maintenance issues. Totally lack of communication across teams. I had the someone from the sales team unlocking my front door thinking the property was untenanted!! I could go on with the issues but bottom line, go elsewhere. Don’t bother with them.
