GoogleThis was my first time renting a property alone through Mundy's, and I am delighted to say that they were with me every step of the way with absolute confidence. From the application and all the paperwork to moving in, they were always there with advice and everything in between, as well as guiding me towards contacts I hadn't even considered, like Tennant Shop and people who could help with necessary direct debit setups. As an individual who was making this step alone, I, naturally, was apprehensive to make such a dramatic change, but Mundy's made it a simple and exciting process. I am beyond happy and satisfied with choosing them.

GoogleAwful service when it came to deposit return. Very minor damage to a carpet was detected on our check out (so minor I had never noticed it in the two years I lived there), I contested this as I knew I wasn’t responsible for it. I insisted on this and that it must have been there upon move in, despite the inventory clerk they hired not picking it up. They would not accept this and said they ‘were in a strong position to go to the DPS for dispute’, I was happy to do this as I wanted it to be investigated properly and refused to give up £100 of my deposit. And what a surprise, when they were gathering their evidence they found that the damage was actually present on the last tenant’s check out, something they absolutely should have checked as soon as I contested it. Luckily I did not back down, but if I had I would have paid them £100 for something that I was not at fault for. They then proceeded to blame me for not checking my inventory thoroughly enough and did not take accountability at all.

GoogleFrom start to finish the process of letting my father’s property has been made easier as a result of the hard working and dedicated team at Mundys Letting Agency. They are dedicated, customer focused and hugely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process and kept me updated on progress. In truth I did very little other than make the initial contact then it all happened. In sum I am delighted with the service and would recommend Mundys highly to anyone considering letting a property.
