GoogleRather worrying reviews.. put in an offer at the asking price, left all day to stew and then told that more viewings are taking place, also offered their in house mortgages first, before my offer was sent to the vendor... have read reviews about how they encourage bidding wars based on what they think you can afford................ I will just have to see. 3 stars because no 'bidding war' has started - but I wonder

GoogleAwful experience as prospective tenant with this company. Enquired if landlords would accept pets at one property and they didn't even bother coming back to me.... Enquired about another and spoke to somebody called Hymie, who was extremely rude, arrogant, ignorant, unprofessional and spoke to me like a piece of dirt on the bottom of his shoe..... I stated I would be paying 6 months rent upfront and he demanded 12 months rent upfront, insisting that the landlords would not consider a standard 6 month rolling tenancy, without even asking the landlord first....It was not stated on property details that it was a 12 month min agreement..... Kept me on the phone for extended periods of time, demanding I answered invasive questions, before even having viewed the property.....Told me the property already had an application/let agreed, then changed his mind and said was still available...…. Would not accommodate any of my viewing times offered and demanded I fit around his diary..... Had to call him again myself to chase up, even though he had already had agreement of pets from landlord, but hadn't bothered to contact me to arrange a viewing.... Only offered me impossible times & days for viewings, despite giving him very flexible viewing times..... No flexibility, respect for my time or any understanding of my situation.....So rude & unprofessional, continually spoke over me in an aggressive, controlling manner.... I wouldn't fancy renting any property under their management.... Disgusted!... Wouldn't trust these clowns as far as I could throw them!.... Deluded and on some kind of a power trip, with a bad attitude towards tenants.... Think they are above the law....AVOID...….

Mundys kept us informed every step of the way, were excellent when the chain collapsed in finding a replacement buyer and chased conveyancers whenever needed! GoogleWhere to start! These guys are fantastic. Without the help of the senior sales consultant Vicki Wilkinson I’m sure we would have waited for months. Professional to a T they pushed the sale through and kept us up to date with everything, especially when the solicitors were all playing games. Honestly don’t bother with internet agents and others around if it wasn’t for these guys I would have had a melt down. Save yourself some stress and go with this lot! Thanks again Vicki. I hope you get to read this you are a super star!
