GoogleThe agent does not appreciate the tenants and will always ask for rent increment over the time. Beside this, they are not competent agent and always delaying the maintenance issues. Lastly, they probably will overcharged you and the DPS will not protect your right as tenant. There might be better agent outside there than Mundys
