Jake was lovely greeting us and showing us around the place. The apartment had a great feel, which me and my partner loved. The size and layout of the property was really nice and the interior was lovely too. For us it was just down the the area of the apartment not being ideal for us and also our current rental contract agreement.

By far the best estate agents in Lincoln, and trust me we've dealt with them all. Jake was incredible and we cannot thank him enough. We arrived late because of road closures but Charlotte was still at the house waiting for us. Although it was not for us, Charlotte was able to show us an alternative that might have worked. I have just gotten to the stage where both my guarantor and I have passed the referencing checks and all that is left is to sign my contract! Jake Clapham was the agent I dealt with and he was absolutely AMAZING! He honestly works round the clock and dealt with every single query I had, no matter how small. He knew exactly what was going on with my application at all times, and was so resourceful is solving all speed bumps we hit along the way! He is an absolute asset to the company and I am really happy with his customer service! 10/10! Thanks a lot Jake! ^Following on from this, I have to say it seems the letting agents are great, and they are good at getting the sale. From then on its been downhill. DO NOT STAY AT FITZWILLIAM PLACE!!! We have had ongoing security issues, and no washing machines or dryers for weeks. Haart do not care, neither do the block management.. Jake Clapham, what a guy! He's been great through the entire process of me and my partner renting a home with Haart. Every time we had a question, he would call us directly and go above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we required. He even went as far as giving me a call to reassure me that everything was in order and that I didn't have a single thing to worry about, as I do tend to stress for no reason.
