Christie is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly personable. I connected with her immediately, and as an ex-realtor, I was impressed by the information she offered without me having to ask. I'm was happy to give my business to Haart with Christie as my representative. Christie put together a great e-brochure for my property, and I had no doubt in her abilities. However, since listing there have been several incidents of mis communication and of me having to chase for feedback, and I feel as though I'm an afterthought. I'm hoping things change soon.

From start to finish, Haart were exceptional. A sale was agreed quickly once probate was granted. I dealt predominantly with Victoria Blore, who I can't speak highly enough of. Emails were answered very quickly, likewise phone calls returned if Victoria wasn't available at that moment. I could ask anything and the answers, information and advice couldn't have been bettered. This was the sale of my late parents' house, and not living locally to it, provided a whole new layer of difficulty, but again Victoria was very understanding and accommodating with the inherent difficulties thrown up. 5 stars, well deserved.

Mandy was the estate agent for our vendors. The sale took an age to go through as there was a long chain. However, Mandy always made an effort to keep us informed along the way, kept in touch regularly and tried her best to find out as much information as possible for us, more so than our own estate agent, in fact. I would like to highly recommend the team at Haart Lettings Lincoln. The team have a very friendly manner and are extremely helpful. I have really appreciated their "looking after me" whilst managing my Tenancy the past 3 years. They always listened to me and sorted any problems out promptly. I particularly would like to mention Craig, Jacob and Jake. Craig is so approachable, very down to earth and helpful.I remember when the boiler broke down he brought an electric heater round for me to borrow...on his way back from work!👍 Jacob is a real listener... but very knowledgeable...so efficient and professional. Jake has such an amazing telephone manner ...so friendly and positive...a breath of fresh air! These guys have been brilliant...a real credit to the team. From my very first phone call, his relaxed telephone manner really put me at ease and it literally felt like chatting to a mate on the phone! I can't give a full 5 star review as I have done very little business with them and therefore it would be unfair. Overall my impression is very good, that they very interested in their customers (both land lords and tenants) but because I had not much done with them so I can't confirm that it is 100% accurate. Jake, a representative I was in contact with, have done a lot to try and help me find a proper place last year but due to the market conditions and time constraints was unable to, none the less I should credit him for trying and keeping in touch and being very helpful throughout. If in the future I will use their services I will update this review. Either was this is a 3 star not because something was bad or wrong but because I can't cover the majority of the experience with their business.

We met Molly at a second viewing of a property, she was amazing, already there and waiting for us (we were 10 mins early!). Molly had found answers to all the queries we had raised before the viewing and was a mine of useful local information. A pleasure to meet with Molly. I have been renting with haart for nearly 3 years and on the whole they have been amazing. There have been a few times where I had to wait quite a while to get a new oven once mine had broken, and during that time I didn't have a lot of help through haart. However, I have recently had a new property manager with India. India has been absolutely brilliant and is very understanding of my anxiety. She always gets back to me and eases any concerns. So I have had a brilliant experience with India.
