My house was listed in the January, Christie came out to see me and was fantastic! Knew the selling points of the home and was realistic in what could be achieved. My house sold in April after lots of viewings and a few offers. The sales team were great at getting bookings in and doing the viewings as most I couldn’t do. They were a little slow to give feedback so did feel I prompted a lot. Vicky and Mandy were brilliant once I had sold (Vicky before that as well). Very informative, kept me up to date with what they knew. I’m unsure though if I would recommend Haart as whilst I found some individuals great overall I found the agency lacked what I would want from an Estate Agency and the communication at times was very poor in the sale stages so needs some work in my opinion.

I have been working with Haart Lettings and India for close to a year, and I couldn't be happier with their service. India is always on hand to answer any questions I have and goes above and beyond to resolve any tenant issues quickly. For example, she's efficiently handled water leaks and broken fences in the properties they manage for me, ensuring they're resolved extremely promptly. India's knowledge and professionalism are evident in how she communicates with me immediately whenever a problem arises, ensuring that I am always informed and that my tenants are well-supported. It's a pleasure to work with someone so dedicated and efficient, and I highly recommend India and Haart Lettings for any property management needs. Vicky was absolutely incredible! Was a bit of back and forth with negotiations over a property and she was amazing at keeping in contact and keeping us in loop. If there was a few days where the seller hadn’t responded she would call to let us know they hadn’t responded yet and would let us know when they had and would fill us in so we never felt unsure of what was going on. Some to note particularly; Administrator Hannah has been incredibly helpful with all of my queries, promptly providing me with all the documents I’ve required to have my property marketed. Vicky Sales Manager has been been amazing in dealing with our intended purchase of one of their advertised properties. Vicky put us in touch with the owner direct and has proactively worked on some complex requests we’ve made. Christie Branch Manager was fantastic and full of energy during my valuation I’m positive she is the right person to push the sale of my property.
