My first and only contact (so far) was to contact agents in the Lincoln area to handle the sale of my property. After a very interesting and rewarding conversation with Jemima a meeting with an agent was arranged at a time convenient to me. The professional and informative handling of my initial contact has persuaded me to not contact any other agency. An outstanding aspect of dealing with Jemima is that she has a quality, sadly lacking with lots of telephone people, a sense of humour! I am convinced that I have chosen the best agents for my business.

I sold my late father's bungalow through Haart estate agent and had a really positive experience. They were friendly, honest, and kept me updated the whole way through. The photos and listing looked great and brought in plenty of interest, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend them, made the whole process much easier than expected! Had fantastic service from Haart, in particular David Marshall, who was instrumental in helping me through a rather problematic tenancy application. He went to great lengths to guide me through the process, literally nothing was too much trouble for him. Likewise, Craig who dealt with viewings was extremely helpful and offered much useful information and advice. The Haart team have been fantastic from start to finish. They are always friendly and welcoming and they will happily deal with any problems and inquires. Jake is always a delight to talk to, checking in on the property and my tenancy, making sure I haven't got any problem, whilst India is there ever year to help me throughout the signing of the lease agreement. Jake Clapham at Haart is absolutely brilliant. I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough! He managed to sort out a last-minute viewing at our dream property and even called us on his day off to make sure the application was moving along so we could get everything sorted before Christmas. I chose Haart having had a less than satisfactory service from another national estate agent. Haart were prompt and efficient and I’d like to thank Christie Spafford for taking on the sale and a special mention to Kaitlyn Szwonek for handling the final steps of the sale process. Kaitlin kept me in touch with the final hurdles, important as i was trying to deal with the sale whilst abroad. Not easy at a distance. Her communication and willingness to seek answers to some awkward questions meant the sale was completed ahead of the original buyers request! My only complaint and sadly it seems to be prevelant, is the lack of continuity and in the early stages of the process, too many people were involved. A single sales point of contact would be beneficial to your customers as messages failed to be passed on!! Thankfully this changed once Kaitlyn became involved. Would i use Haart again?? Absolutely. The marketing and drive to find a buyer put my previous experience in the shade and the outcome has been positive for all concerned.

I contacted Haart over a week ago with a viewing request and the support the company provided was brilliant! They took my information straight away and contacted me shortly with available viewing slot. On the day of viewing, Molly was there on time, she was polite and courteous, knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions. While, the house is not quite what we are looking for, dealing with Haart was a good experience. The company that is very professional and people who know their stuff.

I viewed a property yesterday with Vicky Blore from Haart, Lincoln. On arrival she had prepared the house by switching on all the lights, having the doors unlocked and provided access to all areas I wished to view. She gave me the property brochure which she had taken the time to write additional details and information on. This was not only thoughtful but also answered most of the questions I had. She was very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful and accommodating when I asked her further questions. Vicky is an asset to Haart and I should I view another property with Haart I would hope that Vicky would be the person conducting the viewing. Thank you Vicky.
