(9 Months ago) In just 24 hours we'd gone from, finding the House online, to a viewing with Jake, to being selected for tenancy. We're now well on our way to a first home, and they made it very easy, everytime there was an issue as it's our first time renting, Jake would list out different procedures and generally just made us feel comfortable about the whole process. (Today) Along with it being our first time renting, it was also our first inspection which Sophie Moule handled perfectly, when we needed to change the date of our appointment, she gave us that time. Any issues we have had with the house since the recent problems started, she gave us the ability to chase up which massively accelerated any process we were waiting for, and some are even fixed within the week of christmas! Phenomanal house inspector.

So far Haart Lincoln have been absolutely fantastic! Having had a bad experience with a previous agent, Ben and Vic at Haart Lincoln have really come through for me. The service has been unbelievably helpful and professional, I can feel the stress of selling my property just fading away. We also booked a viewing to look at another property we're interested in that Haart are marketing. Amber took us for the viewing and was very polite and knowledgeable and exceptionally patient with our endless questions and thorough inspections. Again, a very professional experience from an excellent estate agent. I would absolutely recommend Haart to anyone who is selling their property. Don't trawl the internet looking for a quick and cheap alternative, it's just not worth the hassle.
