GoogleAvoid at all costs. We rented a tiny apartment for my daughter attending Lincoln and from day 1 there was mould and damp issues in the property. Reported a huge mould issue 2 months before the end of her contract and nothing was done, so we moved her out early due to it effecting her health. Then Haart had the Gaul to charge £366 for a deep clean as apparently the flat was not left in a rentable state. When we asked for proof as we had cleaned it thoroughly except for the mould all around the bathroom we got this list of things that needed cleaning Desk, Wardrobe, Chair requires a clean/wipe Hob has Burns Microwave requires a wipe Sink requires clean due to scale and debris Shower door need a clean Sink requires clean Vinyl floor requires a clean £366 to wipe some things over that had already been cleaned. The pictures attached are how we left the flat, not after the deep clean by the way... Just avoid.

GoogleWe moved out of our rented property 3 months ago and still have not had our deposit returned to us. Haart are ignoring all calls, messages and emails. No-one answers the phone when you call the branch or the property management team. The contract hasn’t been terminated correctly and we had letters about rent arrears after we’d moved out when all was paid up to date. We were left with rats in the property for over 8 months and a hot tap in the kitchen that couldn’t be used for 6 months. They only fixed the tap after we moved out. Do not rent through this company.

GoogleIn all honesty, my experience with Haart has not been very good. From being left without an oven for 2 weeks with a 5 year old to faulty locks. Getting in contact with someone has been very difficult and I never got replies about important questions to the point where we had to email someone we knew in another department to prompt others. However, you have shone through and was always so prompt, polite and I am very impressed by you professionally. I hope that Haart hire more people like yourself and I wish you all the best in your career.

Christie did a very good job getting the house on the market, was professional and knowledgeable; Benjamin was very good at negotiation between ourselves and the buyers and kept us informed on a regular, but pertinent basis.
